Rooms are non-smoking. 
No cooking and no laundry are available.

Minimum rent period 6 months.
The notice period is 2 months in advance, at the end of the month.

All the costs for the furnished room, including heating, electricity, television/radio fees, internet, water, etc. are included.
Also included is the cleaning person, who takes care of the waste daily the weekly cleaning, and the bed linen and towels change.

Deposit

Rent of two months.
