Rent
Prices per month, incl. VAT: 1400.00 CHF, for 1 person. Parking space in the garage in the price included.
Minimum rent period 6 months.
Notice period of 2 months in advance, at end of month.
All the costs for the furnished room, heating, electricity, television / radio fees, internet, water, etc. are included.
Also included is the cleaning person, who takes care of the waste daily and of the weekly cleaning, as well as the bed linen and towels change (every 2 weeks).

Deposit
Rent of two months in advance.

Mobility
By train (S6): The Railway station in the center of Zurich city is less than 25 minutes way. The city of Baden is less than 20 minutes away.
By bus: Within 30 minutes in Zurich Höngg.
