Minimum rent period 6 months.
The costs for heating, electricity, television / radio fees, internet, water, etc. are all included in the price.
One Parking space in the garage included.
Also included is the cleaning person, who takes care of the waste daily and of the weekly cleaning, as well as the bed linen and towels change (every 2 weeks).
Notice period of 2 months in advance, at end of month.
